Demo units are available for registered partners only. Approval is subject to availability and project relevance.

Simply dropping it off to either the same location you collected it from, or by sending it back to our offices via delivery.
Note: The cost and responsibility for the return delivery are borne by the borrower.
The maximum loan period is 2 weeks; however, this may vary depending on the specific project requirements.
The loan officially starts on the day you collect the item from our office.
No. We offer demo units for loan free of charge to support your project. You will only be responsible for the loan unit safety and any charges related to damage or late returns.
Accessories are provided depending on the demo unit type. All included items must be returned together.
Missing accessories will also be charged based on replacement cost. Please ensure all included items are returned together with the main unit.
Please contact us immediately so we can assess the level of damage. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
No. Repairs must only be carried out by our authorized service team. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void warranty and result in full replacement charges.
Yes. Any damage — whether minor, major, or intentional — will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement, depending on the severity.
Even if the damage was unintentional, you will still be responsible for the repair or replacement cost. We encourage careful handling to avoid such cases.
If the unit arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. Failure to report promptly may result in you being held responsible for the damage.
Yes, but please ensure it is properly packed and insured during delivery. You are responsible for any additional damage that occurs during return transit.
In case of loss or total damage beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.
No. The borrower is fully responsible for the safety and condition of the unit during the entire loan period. You may arrange your own insurance if needed for project-related coverage.
Yes. An official assessment report and invoice will be issued detailing the type of damage, parts affected, and total charge.
Yes, repeated cases of negligence or unreported damage may lead to suspension or permanent restriction from borrowing demo units in the future.
